Today was national day celebration, there was FIESTA as usual where the sec 2 classes make and sell stuff... Reminds me of my own that year :) I most wanted to support 2R4 and 2R5, all my favourite sec 2 juniors in those classes! But when I went there, Amanda told me their class had to stop selling although all the others could continue =.=" Not fair. I wanted to buy a lot of stuff from there, and design a cupcake for my 叶湘伦 too... :( (that's their class' service segment) Then when I went to 2R4 their donut balls were sold out =_= What happened to boyfriend Hui Shi reserving for me? -.- In the end I bought 2 things from 2R6's stall and 1 from a class I don't know...I think it's 2R3 but I 不爽 so I gave it to my grandfather at home. From 2R4...I got some $1 goodie bag from Carine (just to patronise) and actually I think that's the prize for the stall's games, but it's ok, I buy all these for charity see. (If not I wouldn't buy so many, I spent $7.20 by the way) Some of the stuff in the goodie bag went to my grandmother. The cupcakes bought from 2R6 (2 in a packet) goes to my parents, 1 each (though I would like to taste it too).

Chong Jin came back to NAS! :D So surprised when she smsed me. So she joined me walking around the canteen for a while, then we went to the hall to fold more paper hearts! ^_^ This year's record breaking is to fold 46 460 paper hearts, but we exceeded it... How many records does our school hold already?! Every year there's record breaking...

Anyway, today was quite fun... :) But I wish Sec 4s weren't the last to go for FIESTA so I could have gotten more things... I don't like spending money (cos I don't like money in the first place) but I do for charity & for my juniors ^_^

Tuesday band practice, I go at 3pm and I'm one of the earliest. I think there's a lot of them who end class at 2.30 but just take their own time to eat. You mean they eat so much that they need more time than ME?! Wow, pigs eat less and faster than them! :o When I went there, only Xue Qi and Zijian were there, other than Sec 1 juniors. DC came, yay :) I thought he wouldn't come anymore. Although I don't particularly like him but well, still section mates so just be nice.

Yesterday was Ngee Ann Sec's 17th birthday! And also my blog's 3rd birthday! Haha! I created it on Founder's Day in Sec 1. Anyway, has anyone ever heard of another school which gives cake to every student on Founder's Day?! On our 15th "birthday" we got some colourful cake, then last year it was marble cake. The principle said people said it wasn't nice, so this year it was Prima Deli chocolate cake! OMG! The school is so good sometimes! ^_^ Er but, no break record this year? :o Anyway, today's a day off in celebration.

OMG my Chinese sucks! One 选词填空 I check dictionary for every question and take 1h to do it -.- And there's 2 pages of that by the way. And 2 other worksheets. Oh yes! I am 14th in level for CL... because of the low standard of CL in this school, and value and homework marks. I don't think I'm really that good. I mean, how can I be better than a China guy, right? And better than people who speak Chinese, right?! Grr! >_<

This week again, my feelings change so many times I don't know what to feel...

Thursday we went to Parliament house for learning journey. Cool, we saw the PM. And when we were leaving we saw Dai Yang Tian and his camera crew, don't know doing what. Anyway, not interested in him... If it was Jay Chou it would be a different story, haha...

Friday sectionals... Serene & Germaine came back! :D Omg haven't seen Serene for so long! I miss you Senior ^_^

Saturday band exchange programme at Fajar Sec! :D With Mr Yeo's other bands: Greenridge Symphonic Band & Dunearn Military Band, and Twinny's band Woodlands Ring & the sir's other band Teck Whye, and Han Wei's band Chestnut Drive and Changkat Changi (which is about our size).

So happy to see my Twinny again! :D And when I saw Han Wei I didn't know it was him at first, because I wasn't wearing specs and he also wasn't and had no more Jay Chou hair, haha! There was no break, so sad, because I wanted to look for the 2 of them to get a picture at least -.- I didn't go for SYF rehearsal then I don't know how to enter... -.- Not nice, my part. The others all very good :) After the exchange ended, I gave Twinny the chocolate and cards :D Then went to give Fajar Trombone Section the lollipops. They gave us a card for the Lower Brasses! Haha :D Thanks ^_^ And finally when we were leaving I managed to talk to Han Wei a bit :) I want to have an NCO Trombone Outing in June holidays or after O Levels! Twinny & I will organise one if no one does! I miss the section unity! :(

Oh and I didn't get sweets from anyone D: Not fair, Zijian gets sweets everyday, and his section got sweets also, but I don't have :( Then I very emo. Tsk, not fair never give me :( I don't even know what I'm emo for, that afternoon was just emo... I think band la, it's always band, isn't it? -.- Bastard. Anyway, I'm leaving soon.

This week had many tests... I got your cough when I heard you coughing... Is that even a way to spread cough? By hearing, haha...

You know on facebook on Wednesday something very interesting happened. I was talking about my Chinese then China people reply, haha! Then there's one China boy, laugh at my Chinese, *ehem! I wonder who*, hahaha :D Actually I wasn't angry but he thought he hurt my feelings... :( He's so nice! A friend like him is rare to find ^_^

Today Chinese test, E Math and A Math. 4R1's 5 band members are so united, go for band together after test... -.- Sectionals today as usual. Taufiq warmed up a while. Zijian came later (then Sec 4s)... I told him that he's supposed to hold the instrument at the side, not in front, then his action was like so... funny :D He go bend down so far... ?? But now I think he's holding it more correctly now. Anyway, Mrs Pong gave us sweets during CME again yesterday... I don't know what for, but sweets I get in class always end up with Hui Shi, Zijian and Amanda (who didn't come today). I oiled my bass Trombone today! ^_^ I love to condition my darlings ^_^

Today we celebrated some people's birthdays in the previous months, but not my definition of a birthday celebration. OMG got chocolate on Zijian's bag -.-""""" then he still so happy when he didn't know, then I'm like -.o? Haha! 我最讨厌迟回家！！！！！！

Monday was Valentine's Day. Falling in love is when she falls asleep in your arms and wakes up in your dreams. Happy Valentine's Day!

Tuesday was an emo day.

Wednesday was a special day. Today the Vice-Principal held us Sec 4s back after morning assembly to talk about our attitude, because we always take very long to stand when we're told to. And he told the teachers to watch out for CCA leaders...

Thursday was a special day too. We Sec 4s stood up very fast when we were told to this morning. Good job! There was our mock O level Physics SPA today.

Today was a special day again too. These 3 days were unexpectedly special... Do you believe in miracles? Because you made it all happen. 我对天空这个那个流星 大喊后会不会有奇迹？也许吧 =) 谢谢你哦！^_^ Today's PE was fun! I went to the group that tried javelin but we also watched those who did running. Heheh! xP Today's SS test was awesome :D One of the best SS test I've had, I hope the results I get are too. Study very happily for it in class :D Isabel went for lunch with me though she didn't eat... And Amanda gave me sweet! ^_^

After the test was band... After practice I had Hui Shi, Amanda & Yii Jie walk with me :D

I can only update on weekends now... :(

Hello! No NAS Band practice for me today (because there's lesson) and no Band Major Band, that's tomorrow. Haiz! The others are mostly better than me! -.- Not fair, no braces... Grr... so angry! Yesterday was so emo...

Today's lesson was sucky. Physics 2h, A Math 2h -.- Then lunch with Appu and Xinyi, then Chem 2.5h (exceeded by 0.5h). During Chem SPA, oh my gosh, Appu spilt a lot of some nitrate then I got a gigantic shock! I thought it was acid... When anything spills I always get a shock because I think it's acid... Phew! Oh and I got silver nitrate on my hand, stained -.- Oh ya, Mrs Pong gave sweets and Popular voucher to those who's born in Oct-Dec. My month only 2 people, me and Francoise. I think it's the month with least people born in 3R1...

I think eye candy is nicer than candy :)

♫♪I'm a happy 1st Trombone!!♪♫

Hi! Today we had post-exam activities in class. Financial literacy lecture for the 1st part before recess at 10.30am. I don't like money, so the video on coin making looked quite disgusting to me with all the coins pouring out from the machine... The 2 bankers taught us about banking, money and interest... I wasn't very interested and I didn't understand. During recess only got about 7 people in class so very quiet and I can listen to Jay song and sleep! ^_^ I like quiet recess in class.

After recess the 2nd part, I don't know if I should say it's the better or worse part. We played some board game in groups of 6 called Cash Flow, similar to Monopoly but more complicated and irritating. Actually I wanted to group with Sarah but then not enough people so we had to split :( That's not the only bad thing, the worse thing is I'm illiterate, as I found out during the game... and I am very blur, because I'm illiterate. I ah... owe the "banker" money and I've got money but I didn't pay it, HAHA! And I borrowed money first thing in the game but never returned... :s If I grow up like this, I'd better find someone who is financially literate to save me. It's quite worrying actually, how slow I am not just in studies but in the real world. :( Oh but the good thing is that even though it's part boring, it's quite fun also, and very funny. So although I was quite stupid-looking and I'm sure the guys all know I'm not very smart now, I had fun watching the guys play and watching their reactions, haha :) But I think someone is not happy now... Please know that I didn't do anything at all except that decision. After that, whatever happens is beyond my control but still, sorry... But may I ask, actually, why does that matter so much?

So if I'm not good at finance, not good at studies, my trombone life ruined by braces, then what am I good at? There's nothing left... My only capability was taken away on 09.09.09 when I put braces... Now I have nothing... I hope I will be good again when I take out my braces, next year... 还要多久？

After school still had to go do stock check at Band.

♫♪I'm a happy 1st Trombone!!♪♫

I haven't blogged for a week but I see it doesn't matter. It's not for you (with exceptions) to read anyway, it's for me to write.

Last Tuesday, Physics from 3-4pm so I reached band at 4+. I love my Physics workbook paper 9, hehe! However, it was sectionals... Haiz... Mr Yu and Yeo were both there but they were having sectionals OUTSIDE the room, at the CORRIDOR! :D Short-lived happiness though, we shifted to the stupid echo room. I finally get to play at the corridor again but it didn't even last 1 minute -.- Wanted to blast at that block 309... Can't we just wait till they complain again before we move? Sectionals was until 5. I hate braces. But I didn't get to combine because Mr Yu took the band while Mr Yeo wanted to see the 3 majors outside. He talked so long about the report and the band until they ended already. So my suggestion has been implemented! ^_^ From now, they can only keep instruments on our command :) So we've been doing that until Saturday, all 3 practices :)

Friday, I had EL oral after school. The examiner was Ms Deepa -.- How come teachers can test their own class. It was on computers... During the conversation part I mentioned DotA, haha! Come to think of it, during CL oral some months ago, the conversation I said the same thing. I said students are tired of school work so play games, haha. My test ended at 3.30pm. Heard that they made things difficult during warm ups -.- But as student leaders, we ARE expected to restrict our expressions. Do you see me crying in front of the band? Even when I did, does anyone even know? -.- The band seriously... Darryl and Cliff came. Sectionals... wanted to teach my juniors but -.- $%^&*(

Saturday no marching because Mr Yeo at 8.06am or so. And they were late. Committee members, go die. So I said no marching. Once again, majors got scolded, for not telling the band how long they have to set up. Student conductor was... his birthday and Mr Yeo kept pointing out how he's not conducting properly. Well, no 恶意 intended, just so that he can conduct better :) Oh Jonathan and Yin Xuan tuba senior came today! :D They came during sectionals. Actually Mr Yeo calls it so but the whole brass section together = sectionals?... It was 10.40am or so. Wah, the tuba senior is a professional tubist! :O OMG!!! So we have 2 pros from this band, the other being percussion Siti... Woah... He is about Kevin's height, double woah... Kevin's the best senior ever, triple woah ^_^ Eh, Jonathan wear the orange Levi's shirt again... So that's all for band.

Today, 词语测验. I forgot one word -.- I wrote in my notebook 脊背, the question put "ji" and I don't know which one... Haiz... I think I'll do fine for this one though :) Assembly last period, was great! ^_^ There was a play about kampong in Singapore. "I like Swee Ping" the girl's name, haha! Then talking about WW2, then "Communists also came" (they're from Malaysia right?) then "Chairman Mao was the man" -.- That is so not funny. The Communists in Singapore wasn't Chinese. Still remember in Sec 2 History exam, the Communist threat was from Malaysia, I wrote China. Think it's wrong, haha. Don't know what happened to that paper. Bye!

♫♪I'm a happy 1st Trombone!!♪♫

Last Saturday (4 Sept) was Germaine's birthday :) And band. Marching in the morning. It's not fun like I said in Sec 1. I taught Hui Shi (Tuba) because it's her first time marching. Well, I didn't teach her everything I wanted to, because her turnings (ke kiri/kanan/belakan pusing) were wrong sometimes and because there's not enough time. At 9am practice starts. We had 3 new pieces today, for the HK trip. All Disney songs... Can You Feel The Love Tonight, Disney Favourites & It's A Small World. Why must play Disney songs just because it's Disneyland? Haha. Oh ya DC didn't come because he overslept -.-

It's A Small World is super cool! Know why? Because it's full of glissando one after another! :D I love that, I love glissando! This is the first piece where we get gliss after gliss, normally it's none, one or a few spread out in the piece. But this is so cool!!! :D It would be cooler if I had a nice trombone sound -.- Disney Favourites had a few glissando too... Can You Feel The Love Tonight, trombone got one line melody, and slow songs really show the lousiness of the band. We're also playing highlights from High School Musical for the trip. Have not played that for so long, yuck. Oh and, Celebration And Song is our SYF piece next year! :O If I don't get the braces out a few months before then, I can go despair for my entire life and screw up O Levels... It's been almost exactly a year alr, 2 days to a year now! -.- It was 9/9/09 last year -.-

So anyway, we've got 4 pieces for HK trip and need one more. I think they're all nice, especially It's A Small World, of course!!! :D But Can You Feel The Love Tonight should be taken off... Mr Yeo advertised his Philharmonic Winds performance at Vivo City on 5 Sept.

So Sunday I went to support him, and to watch Philwinds perform... Was late by a few minutes -.- Started at 5pm ended at 6pm. I could see him but cannot see trombone at all! :( There was alto sax solo, eupho solo, trumpet during part of a song, marimba solo, NO trombone solo :( I recorded all the pieces except for the one I missed part of because I was late, which is ABBA songs medley. Oh and for Ponyo they let 4 kids conduct them. I think the first girl was the best because her tempo is consistent and her strokes are correct, although once she missed one stroke and the conductor helped her back. The other 3 are like anyhow wave haha, and of course inconsistent. But to my surprise they follow the inconsistent tempo, haha! And the conductor actually told the girl they wouldn't follow her and in the end she was fine, but they followed the others. Ironic, haha.

Monday band and workshop. We practiced the 4 HK trip songs and the SYF piece. After band we had to go to ACJC for workshop, 20 of us. But Jaslyn and Athirah stayed back for half an hour to do some scores stuff then we were late -.- And the person at the table scolded us. "Hurry up, you're already late". We took bus to Tampines MRT and then MRT to Buona Vista (in the WEST) and walked from there to ACJC with just my phone map. Is that not rush enough? It started at 2pm, I don't know how late we were but I think around 2.15pm... It was till 5.30pm. It was leadership workshop, I thought music. The presenter told a lot of stories, some very long. Some was like so long that the front part has no link to his topic. Like when I came in with Jaslyn, he was talking about his experience on SIA plane... He showed us some mace stuff with a rifle, and he taught a girl volunteer to spin the rifle! :D After the workshop, I walked to MRT station again and took 2 MRTs home.

Today, no not band again. Chemistry mass lecture and of course Darryl's birthday :) Cold and sleepy in the auditorium, at least I had jacket ^_^ I like candy (eye candy rather, haha) but can't have it :(

Today I was sleepy because yesterday I reached home at 10+ and slept at about 12am. This morning there's no late reporting -.- so 6am as usual. (Yawn) Then in school, morning assembly, I saw my friend and this time I didn't forget about the tie, but I decided not to return it yet in front of so many people who could run a 八卦杂志 company. Another thing I hate is busybodies.

Yay! Thank you :) Haha! Mdm Yanti asked to see all band members so... The content of the meeting was: Holiday practice on Monday & Wednesday from 8-12pm and there's a workshop that Mr Yeo chose 20 of us to go for (including me) next Monday at ACJC after band practice. Why do we have to have lunch and go together in such a big group?... Some people like peace you know... but I know she said that just for convenience sake. I don't like having lunch with people, partly due to braces, but even if I don't have it, it's still the same. After saying so many things I don't like, I should say something I like huh?

During first lesson A Math, Mrs Pong said she heard the audience for last night's performance wasn't very big. She said last year when Wushu performed they used a trick. They used Jay Chou's song and people thought he was performing live so they went to watch. Huh, do people actually think that?! If Jay Chou came to Singapore would nobody know? (He came recently by the way)... Anyway, I then remembered the song they used (a lot of "huo huo huo...") and haha, I didn't like Jay then, only this year. Ok I just searched youtube, the song is called 霍元甲 :) Haha! You know how I search without knowing the title? I type in "霍霍" hahaha! That's the only part I remember ok! Anyway... I wish we can play a Jay song someday! If we play Nobody, 宝贝对不起，Mamma Mia, Tequila, YMCA, High School Musical (we didn't play all of these yesterday) we can play Jay Chou too. Eh but I think now better not, if not his fans say we insult him. As if I don't think so too.

Oh ya, digressed... During recess I returned my friend's tie with a little token of thanks, haha. Thank you :) Then 12.30 go home because no practice today, bye bye! :) Oh ya I still haven't mentioned something I like. Trombones :) and Jay.

Today morning assembly CY sat beside me but after move up, he was beside Grace who was in front of me, then Dion beside me then. When CY went to pass Chinese homework to his teacher, Dion shifted his bag and changed place. So when he came back, he was beside me... Hm... Then Dion asked him "Are you going to say thank you?" Then I didn't hear anything but I heard Dion tell another person "haha... He said thank you"...Haha... Something's fishy here...

Today there was no assembly period during the last period so we just stayed in class. We discussed class T shirt. It was decided to be purple and gold, yuck! I love gold, but with purple as the base?! Not just that, they want Adidas brand because they don't know where money comes from. Maybe rain drops look like coins or something... And, they want a hoodie too. So the t shirt is for this year which is left with 1 term and the hoodie's for next year in which we'll still be together as 4R1. Why would I want a 7th jacket?... I counted 6 in my cupboard that I can wear. Not all are really jackets, some are thin, just for show, but I still consider it jacket. If I had less jackets, it would be a good idea because next year we'll be in air-con classroom :) But I don't -.- Anyway, if I get the shirt, I'm thinking of putting "诗瑩" or "Trombonist" behind :) Oh yes, there's something ridiculous about this class. They thought of putting "PCB" on the shirt, and they say it's Physics, Chemistry, Biology, but it's obviously a vulgarity which I don't know and don't want to know. Then they thought of PBC and they realised it's Pong Biau Choon (Mrs Pong) haha! -.- A lot of guys actually voted for the PCB shirt. Eh does CY even know what it means?! If they'd really chosen that, I wouldn't buy it.

Something funny happened in the bus with Sarah and Appu. We were talking about our class t shirt and the class motto: W3R1 (We Are 1) then I noticed that the person standing in front of us in purple shirt had "We are one" at the back, haha! And I also noticed some gold colour words, so coincidental, hahaha!

Concert Band is performing in Music In The City at Ngee Ann City on Thursday! But is anyone even going? -.- It's on a weekday! Last year it was also on a weekday, why are they so nonsensical?... It's illogical too, our seniors (be it Sec 4 or alumni) cannot go... Support my Band if you can :)

Hello! Time I update on my E Math clinometer project. So on Monday, the big revelation. During recess I show Cui Yi the clinometer and asked if he knows what that is, *shakes head*. That means our clinometer really doesn't look like anything, haha, cos I expected him to know... Well, given the weight we use, not surprising if he doesn't know :S haha! That's not the only thing, when I teach him how to use, he asked me how to look through. So it seems ridiculous, but it's a straw...haha! (this is not so bad because in the online video they use straw). When I was explaining how to use I already drawn a diagram before that for him. So I said measure the distance from the building. Then look through the clinometer to the base of the building. 怎么看？这样啊？(Looks into the straw) "Ya." "Huh? 真的啊？" Hahaha!... Then I told him the next steps... look through to the top and measure angle. Use tangent formula to find the height. I talk quite fast, and I dare not speak Chinese. Don't know if he understand when I talk so fast... Cos very funny and I very nervous so talk faster, haha. Then the last part, I say don't look too high because the weight will bang your face, haha!So it's set for Wednesday.
Today we saw the class photo... Both very nice :) I look fine in both, haha! The fun shot looks very fun too but a bit yucks what some of them do, haha. So I decided to buy both! The formal shot will be in year book too but if I buy 'solo' piece can get classmates' signatures :) More meaningful. Hopefully I can get the signatures in the same order as them in the photo :) I love 3R1 :)

Tuesday I sms him to remind him to bring the clinometer and measuring tape. He actually replied! :O The funny thing is he replied the same thing as on Friday, and both in 45min after I sms, haha. ???

Today is the big day! It's Wednesday! The day we do measurements for clinometer project! But first things first. In the morning, I was sitting at the back during assembly. I was called to the front, then a Chinese teacher told me that for the Chinese essay writing competition, they will be presenting award so I have to go in front. I was wondering, what competition? Haha! It's the one we did in Chinese class, 寻找____. I wrote 寻找幸福 but my standard's not that good! We got it back few days ago, and my mark wasn't that great, so I was quite surprised... Xinyi (HCL) and Zi Yuan (also CL) were there too, haha. The principal gave the prize, and I realised there was Merit, 3rd, 2nd & 1st. I got Merit, duh, so did Zi Yuan. Xue Qi got 3rd for HCL category. There was Lower Sec (1 & 2) and Upper sec (Sec 3 only) and split into HCL and CL, if not the people will all be from HCL right? A lot of them were China people, haha. It's a Popular voucher $5 :) After that we stayed back to take a photo with principal and ZY run away, haha.

Today before we went for lunch before Bio, Isabel & I asked the guys if they could do it during lunch instead of after SPA. Then CY say what 明天做可以吗？今天没有太阳. ??? Then JH say he's hungry, wanna eat... Then CY speak Chinese, Isabel speak English, then JH was like "1 speak Chinese, 1 speak English, I listen to what?" HAHA XD! So JH and Isabel argue argue, then I say we do after they eat, so settled we go down to canteen. After eating, Isabel & I went to look for them, Isabel first, because I not very... daring. So we got started! We measure the distance first. I seriously don't understand what they doing sometimes, HAHA! For eg, after measuring the first 3m, CY go sit on the step... then JH go count the no. of steps from there to the pillar ??? We measured from the pillar to somewhere we can see the top. 12.67m. Then ok, CY supposed to use the clinometer, but he is very very shy and there were people, and classmates, so in the end, I did it, haha. JH & CY run away... then JH still say very nice to see hor -.- Lol! After measuring the angles, done! It was so... how do you say... interesting and difficult. ♫♪I'm a happy 1st Trombone!!♪♫

Hi! Today after school I went to Isabel's house with Liam... actually he's not in our E Math clinometer project group but I wanted to combine with his group. Each group's supposed to have 3 but my group 2 only, so I asked to combine with his group of 3. But his Jing Hao & Cui Yi went off. So he called JH but he said got piano exam (he takes piano??) and I gave him CY number but he didn't answer -.- I also call but he didn't answer. So just 3 of us went to Isabel's house to make clinometer. We watched the video that I watched yesterday and from there made one identical clinometer with some trouble. But finally it was done! And her mom made us some food (it's the frozen food stuff) which made my lunch :) Oh ya! I chose to use the pink CJ7 character as the weight for the plumb line for the clinometer. And CY will be using it to measure, haha! Hehehe... XD The character is cute! And only light pink so I like it ^_^ CJ7 is 长江7号 by the way. I later sms him to tell him that we decided he will be the one measuring with the clinometer. So he will be prepared, haha! Eh he actually replied a word :O Which reminds me, Liam sms him a stupid question "Do you want to do E Math project now?" So he replied "nope" haha! He actually replies ah?... Anyway, after that I went back to school for band.

Mrs Maria Tan said the band room key was not in! :O So I just took the special room keys for sectionals. When I went up, the room was not opened! So Xue Qi asked her Guzheng friend to unlock from inside. The instruments were still there from stock check so we spent much time setting up the place. I kept the papers with the trombone numbers! :D Before we started, Ms Chen and Mdm Yanti came with a tailor to show us some uniform samples. They all look like foreign costumes, Chinese to be specific... In the end, we chose a sketch of a black shirt, and it was decided that girls will wear long pants o.o and the inside of the black shirt will be blue, but it's one piece. We couldn't go for sectionals today because there was O Level oral in the hall and the rooms overlook the hall. So we had a sucky combined and sectionals in the band room and we went out section by section for the tailor to take measurements. Ok the measurements for guys is quite awkward...

Some people you need to know for a few months or longer before you know what they are. But I won't scold people's parents because I think their problem is nothing to do with their parents, it's their own problem. Which is why I hate it when people scold others' parents, they have no right to, which is why I don't. And I won't badmouth them either because I'll be downgrading myself too, and I won't be any better than them then. Also, it's not worth getting angry over some people who got problem because that's their problem and killing cells is not worth it at all because we are worth more than them :) So if you're ever going to get angry, make yourself beyond caring, like I do sometimes and you won't feel anything. Don't feel too much as you will be very... hmm... you'll be the ones that suffer which is not what you want. So moral of the story is, people who make you want to use bad words are not even worth you using them on them! :) So don't downgrade yourself to their level, think, and be proud :) I feel like I'm counselling on my blog. Heylo! Today we stock check instruments. Committee only but Alicia came too, and some didn't, like all the trumpets -.- I remembered a few more numbers! Yay! But uh oh, I'm forgetting already! :S 158417 is DC's trombone I think. I saw so many new numbers today, I might mix up and combine some together, haha. The Bach bass trombone that does not have a shiny slide is 164298. Benjamin's bass trombone is... 390 I think, the other Conn bass is 592 I think. Argh...! I want to memorise them! At least I haven't forgotten the 3 I know :) Then we also took down the small trombones (sec 1s use Besson) from the top of the cupboards and that 590 bass. But, damn it! T T2 is missing! The one DC used last year! But it's not DC of course. A while later, I looked through the sign out book that QM keeps but I wasn't putting 2 and 2 together. It was 2 separate issues. And I was looking for trombone sign outs -.- Then after a long time, I was sitting, watching Jaslyn polish eupho. Then someone said must ask those who bring home instruments to bring back. It's not very loud, but I caught it and it struck me! Kheong Kee Poh that Sec 1 who quit used T T2! I don't remember but other than Vanessa he's the only other Sec 1 this year. And Vanessa's still in band and I'm sure she's returned it because she's not even one of us anymore. And I rushed to the record book, he's signed out T2 before (and even wrote it as the serial number -.-) The trombone can't mysteriously go missing, so it's most probably him! What the?! Why the heck is it with him when he's already not one of us anymore, he's not even in band! -.- I got damn agitated when I figured that... I was like shouting. So I called Mdm Yanti and told her about it... Stock check was damn draggy, as usual for any band thing... A lot of time spent with nothing to do, then when I went home it was downpouring -.-"'

Just found out Jonathan remembers numbers too! Haha! But I remembered his wrongly >.<>! ._. Come to think of it, I think we've never called each other before... Ok, that's all for today, the last day of common tests. Oh wait, not yet! After the last paper, A Math, I was very 不爽。因为老师说时间到了，我还没写完但我还是停了。可是我旁边的几个人还继续写，写了多几分钟！。。。不是一两句，而是几分钟的字耶。这样也太不公平了吧。我没做完已经不爽了，看见那些人继续写让我更气。Bye.

Hello! Today's the first day using my new school bag ^_^ Sarah said it's nice! :D Anyway, today's another funny day. During recess after SS and Physics I was sleepy so I just slump on the table and play Jay songs from my phone, the 开心听 application. It let's people download songs but only can be played when you open the app, not stored in the phone of course :( I was listening to 麦芽糖 and wondered what that was so I asked Grace. She said don't know but it's something like 叮当糖. Then she told me about people selling it outside her pri sch. She asked me to ask my parents and said they'll definitely know, and it originated in Singapore. (Don't really believe that though...) Then (ironically) she said "I think Cui Yi knows" -.- Ok then she turned behind and asked him. He's never even heard of it before, like me, haha. (No one seems to know 叮当糖) then she asked "Then you know what is 麦芽糖?" CY *Nods* Grace"What?" (麦芽糖 still playing from phone) CY “麦芽糖是一首歌的名字”Me *burst out laughing* Don't know if he said that because he heard, but even if he didn't, he's a Jay fan so he knows, but it's super funny because I was listening to it, HAHA. Grace "Really meh?" Then I let her hear for a few seconds. Then we asked Jaslyn about 叮当糖，and we both said "Doraemon" together, haha! ...super funny recess today... :D No one seems to know what either one is. But on my way home just now I checked dictionary in my phone, 麦芽 was translated as malt and 麦芽糖 was maltose...? Gonna change my blog's songs from Jay Chou's 七里香，爱我别走，听妈妈的话 to Jay Chou's 麦芽糖，星眼，龙卷风. ♫♪I'm a happy 1st Trombone!!♪♫

Yo! Yesterday had national day celebration in school. Actually, there was no celebration in our school, more like in Ngee Ann Primary, because we left school to go there. The people from NATAS Singapore Women's Everest team were still talking then our class had to leave -.- 3 classes from NAS went to NAP, 3R1, 2R1 and 1C1. When we went there, Qian Hui, Appu and Shao Hong gave them a talk about the meaning of the national flag and had a quiz after that. Sarah's so nice! She wanted to buy 43 milos but of course can't carry that much so she bought 24 packets for us, but we used some for the prize for the NAPians (is that what they're called since we're called NASians?) After their talk ended, we gave them the postcards to write their wishes on. 3R1 took Pri 5 & 6, 2R1 took pri 3 & 4, 1C1 took pri 1 & 2. 2 or 3 people will take one class, I happened to be beside Sarah so we took 5/4. Then later they told us they're not called 5/1, 5/2, they're called 5 Honesty, 5 Love all that. 5/4 was 5 Love :)

We are trying to set a new record of 15 000 postcards with national day wishes, or most number of postcards with national day wishes. Our school likes setting interesting records. If I'm not wrong, in 2007 a year before I came in, they made the biggest national flag out of balloons and Straits Times came. I saw it on youtube also, which means it was on TV I suppose. They also said Straits Times would come but since we're not in school, I don't know. We gave out the postcards to them, but it was super messy because they're all in the hall -.- And some took Sarah's pens but didn't return. And! The worst thing is that they wrote on the back of the postcard when it's supposed to be in front :O Collecting back the postcards was also messy. Gee, I was expecting them to be in a classroom... Mr Chee went to the stage to announce (probably couldn't stand it anymore, haha) that we go to the front of the class to collect. Actually we were supposed to give them another one as souvenirs but we gave to Mrs Pong because it was too messy then. I think they passed to the school to give. So NAP's organisation sucks too...

Then we went back to NAS and were dismissed straight away.

♫♪I'm a happy 1st Trombone!!♪♫

Hello, today was a very ordinary school day, except this morning all the ceiling lights in the hall were off and the projector screen said there was fault with all the lights, haha. Only the side lights were on, and I must say the hall looks nicer like that! But, reading period was cancelled, just as well I finished my book, but still brought anyway, if not will get into trouble. They announced for EL reps to go collect this month's reading magazine so I went to get it with my assistant, haha. We went to keep it in the EL locker and took out last months'. Actually there was one missing but I saw it on top of another locker so took it. When I reached 3R1 it was so quite. I was wondering, what's going on? I looked at the teacher's table but no, there's no teacher, then saw Ms Deepa at 3R2. -.- So I gave it out and a few minutes after I sat down, she came to say we can stop reading.

After that was PE, and I was with Sarah. We both had sit and reach to finish. I just got A! To get A for 14 year olds must get more than 43 cm, I got 44, haha! I helped people hold the board behind, then after everyone was done, we went upstairs to the hall. Those who have not passed 2.4km run were there doing beep test, just in time to see the start. For our class, the last few standing were Cui Yi, Qian Hui (last girl running!) and Jing Hao but I think he stopped to rest then went back in... Jing Hao was the last person in the whole level! Wow, I didn't know the 3 of them are so good...! :D Then went back to class early and went to change first, yay! Then Physics, got test paper back. Not satisfied. I managed to add one mark though, although I only wanted to know what was wrong. Actually, nothing was. And Mr Lee said "good" when he gave me my paper, but I'm not satisfied with it... so close. Recently there have been tests for every subject except humanities and language, means my triple Science and double Math. Yesterday got back E Math paper, not satisfied, so close also...! After Physics recess. Then Chinese, I switched on my phone for the dictionary to do practice paper. Then Jonathan sms to ask if there's practice on Saturday haha. But I didn't reply because I don't want to sms in class. Then bio, got back test paper, that's fast. We only did it yesterday... Last question not marked for me yet though. Very unsatisfied, not close at all. Yesterday also had A Math test after school. Surprisingly, I know how to solve all the questions... Maybe the NBC Silver gave me good luck! :D Bye! :)

Forgive my broken promise that you'll never see me cry...

After school today, I had lunch then sat with Serene and read book while she did Chinese practice paper, letter writing. Slept a while before band right there, haha, at the canteen. At 2.30pm many people were not there, late. I got them to warm up together before they went for sectionals in the 2 small rooms. Wai Yee conducted first since Dion went toilet and I didn't wanna wait. He took over when he came back. After that, we went to the 2 tiny stuffy rooms. It's so hard to hear anything in there, I don't like that.

Very soon after we reached there, Darryl came. He taught Benjamin warm up, Great Band Workout half step down up, which we just did with Wai Yee (halfway). At first I practice separately from them but soon we did sectionals, yay. Haven't done that for a long time, but at a place where no one can hear no one -.- Darryl took Kevin's trombone, which used to be his before he graduated. Today we played Procession To Peace, Landmark Overture and Symphonium. Well, he took my LO score and went out to play at first, then came back in and teach a bit, clap tempo. After playing the whole PTP he wanted to play LO so we played bar 160, our beautiful melody! :D The notes not easy to read, and tempo quite fast, (he wanted faster -.-) so actually only him and I played mainly. Then Symphonium but not together. I played my solo and teach Benjamin my solo also, just in case. He's forgotten the back part, so I taught him again. Darryl of course wasn't with us the whole time, he wouldn't do that. He frequently goes to slack outside at the corridor. I'm quite satisfied with today's sectionals cos I haven't done it in a long time. Darryl you unfaithful trombonist senior. Your TJC thing, fine you didn't have a choice. But this is way too much, since when did you have to play that? One minute you make me happy and forget about school today, the next, you make me so angry I think back of the lousy day, which you made lousier. You should know better than to agitate me like that, whether I had a lousy day or not, because you very well know that I can't take it. At 5+ we had a brass combine on PTP. Actually I only wanted lower brass because all the brasses would be very loud and echo, but they joined in so... It was not together, haha. Then we went up and Dion conducted PTP again for the whole band. Then keep things.

I took attendance for the 3rd time ever since I was BM -.- Seeing you with that thing already pisses me off more than enough and you still let me see you with that person. And why is it when I'm trying to show my unhappiness at you, you're smiling?! I thought you'd be unhappy also, but why do you seem completely unaffected? Is that fake or what? Seriously what are you thinking?! Can't you just be more faithful and loyal? And sorry for screaming at you when you counted wrongly, because I was pissed off and it's not my fault. You probably won't even be here to read this... Anyway, you should know why I'm so affected, but you don't seem to.
