Ha, funny thing people still don't know their classmates after KOREF camp. Cui Yi only knew who I am last Thursday -.- See, on Wednesday we passed around a paper to write our email addresses and I saw his, so I added it on MSN with my iPhone. Then when I reached home I sign in on MSN on iPhone, I saw "Jay" online. At first I thought it was the band Jay. Then I sign out. Then later that day I sign in on the computer and saw "Jay" online again. Then I remembered, the band Jay is not even on my MSN! -.- So that is Cui Yi. And he's supposed to be away but he asked me who I am. I said Shi Ying, but he's never heard of it. I said Rebecca then he said 有点影响. But, he still doesn't know who I am. Haiz (I use Shi Ying in class what!)... Then on Thursday I went for recess alone and saw Ivy & Sarah so I sat with them beside Ivy. I didn't talk to them since they're engaged in a conversation. Then suddenly Cui Yi came and sat opposite me, beside Sarah. With his mouth full he asked me "你是昨天.....(don't know what)...." and I looked at him o.o then he laugh and stand up and walk away. Haha! What?? Then I was going to wash my hands and he walk past again (with no food in his mouth) and ask me again. I still only can hear the first 4 words, but I nodded anyway, because I know what he's asking, lol. Funny... :D

Band on Friday was sucky and @#%^&. No conductors came, so we had sectionals until 4+ but there was alumni, the clarinet senior Hansel. He conducted combined from 4+ onwards. We played some scales. Tubas and Trumpets just anyhow blast and never do anything seriously. Then when we were going to play songs, he actually asked what song they wanna play. They played Seagate Overture. WTF. They were all slacking! Finally when practice was going to end then we played Symphonium just once. And the f***ers kept laughing at I don't know what shit when we came to the trombone solo and wasting time. And once Kevin was standing (cos Hansel told him to) and playing the solo half way through and the assholes kept laughing at I don't know what rubbish that's obviously unimportant rubbish that only assholes care about. But Kevin didn't stop playing and I wanted to point middle finger at the f***ing trumpets, but I couldn't so I just point all 5 fingers at them. Damn, I used vulgarities more than usual. But they asked for it so who cares. F them, slackers, assholes, shits, idiots, so old and don't know how to respect people. Wonder if their parents taught them anything. Freaking pissed off, felt like (still do) slapping them and shouting vulgarities in their ugly faces. JUST GET OUT OF BAND!!! NO ONE WANTS SLACKING IDIOTS LIKE THE LOT OF YOU IN BAND! KNOW NOTHING BUT SLACKING AND LAUGHING AT PEOPLE AS IF YOUR PARENTS NEVER TAUGHT YOU MANNERS AND BASIC RESPECT, IT'S NOT EVEN LIKE YOUR PLAYING STANDARD IS ANYWHERE NEAR MY SENIOR. EVEN COMPARED TO THE SEC 1S LAST YEAR, YOUR PLAYING IS WORST THAN SHIT. PEOPLE HEAR YOU PLAY THEY'LL RATHER DIE, IT'S WORSE THAN THE SOUND OF CHICKENS SCREAMING WHEN THEY'RE THREATENED. YOU WATCH OUT! AND YOUR ATTITUDE IS SO SUCKY, OPENLY SHOWING EVERYONE HOW CHEAP YOU ARE. WHAT ARE YOU EVEN WORTH?!

I'm getting more and more pissed off by the band. Grrr...! Mess with me and you'll see what I can do. There's a limit to everything. You cross that line and I will show you what you never thought I was capable of. You need to be taught basic respect and manners. Since no one ever taught you, or you were too retarded to comprehend it, just try being an asshole and I will teach you, I will. So the lot of you better watch out. I am not who you think I am.

Let's talk about Sec 3 KOREF camp 2010! From 20-22 January we had camp at Kahang Organic Rice Eco Farm (Malaysia).

22 Jan
We had briefing in the hall from 7 until 8.30am and got the yellow camp T shirt. Went we left the hall I saw people outside (waiting for assembly until 8.30? Assembly's at 8 :O) I saw Kevin and wave at him (First time ah? :D) I actually said "hi :)" very softly but he said bye bye, haha! Oh I missed him during camp. (Actually 20-22 is Wed - Fri, also no band what) I sit with Camilia in the bus everyday. We reached KOREF and set up tents. Like what Kevin told me la, canteen beside hall then the sleeping area outside. After lunch, went to rice field. They help weed but I didn't cos I got injury, since that Tuesday after band -.- We went to visit a "Pak Cik" who's 84 years old in the kampong. On the way there, I love the water apple leave smell. I held on until we returned to campsite. His house is small and simple but strong enough to fit 2 classes on the platform. Run back to camp in the rain. Only at night then can bathe. They didn't even let us change! After that ah... nothing much. Bathing and sleeping sucks.

21 Jan
I woke up the latest in my tent, yay. Purposely! Ok? Changed to my tights for the trekking later. Woo so tight, I'm the only one, haha. After breakfast we took bus to Gunung Lambak. Walao! Why can't we group with 3C2?!!!! :( During the whole camp I hardly even saw Samuel. (I had one senior and one junior with me in camp, so special right?) I think 3C2 went when it was dark :O Heh, very funny. We climbed for quite long and tired alr then they said "Reaching soon! Reaching! ... Starting point!" "?!?!?!" haha! The trek to the start was harder than the trek up from the start, really. The trek down was... scary. I think I have phobia of falling now. It's been 2 weeks since that fall now. During camp it was 1 week. I didn't fall, heng. I kept thinking of Kevin during the trek you know! What run up and down the mountain, then climb the whole mountain never sweat. He Superman is it?! Toward the end of going up I got tired, before that was ok. I keep on "I want my senior...! I want my senior...!" Aiya... If Kevin was here he'd be right in front, but if I ask him to help he surely would! :( We had lunch (I ate 2 bananas!) and went back to camp. We had water activities. I wanted to cry before rafting and almost completely let go and cry (I was starting alr) but then they ask us to form a circle and we played game while waiting (not enough life vests) so I didn't cry. I'm pitying myself for not being able to get into the water. Kevin told me only 2 people need to go on the raft, I thought per class. It's 2 people per raft, everyone. We played whacko. When they finished, it rained. We went in to discuss for class skit for campfire. They were doing class cheer and I was doing emo time. Now cannot cry alr! But almost la, one drop. Ms Poh took me aside to talk to me. She said if I want I can go, but after that just look for teacher to help change my dressing. I think she told Ms Low too. After that it was water obstacle course. Yay! I went eh, but starting only, cos halfway got lightning so must come back. Walao I climbing the net, going to cross over then cannot -.- Tsk. I never cross net before eh! I was dry. Then we go bathe. Xiao, we were last I think. They keep on "F7 hurry up!" I never hear them call other cubicle. Then one guy I think Sec 4 student leader go put the loud hailer above the door and shout at me and Camilia. Actually share for what? Still must wait what, idiot. I was bathing I thought why suddenly so loud, turn and see loud hailer on the door wtf?! Haha! Started raining alr, rush to the hall (which is just beside) without towel drying my hair -.- Luckily got dinner and long campfire until 11+ Every class do their cheer and some got performance. Ours was lame. Molestation skit. 3C2 sang Fall For You and one play guitar! Aww, nice :) But where's Samuel? Cannot find. Then we do cheers and SLs, teachers and facilitators perform. Hmm I sat beside Cui Yi and he quite caught my attention. His features are striking but I think it's not cos he's from China. He also feel like sleeping, haha. Being friends with him will improve my Chinese, he only speaks Chinese (but learn English of course). Never heard a word of English from him... Finally sleep time. Thanks to clever clever Shi Ying (that's me by the way) we had more space to sleep. It was a very basic arrangement actually. First day was idiotic.

22 Jan
Rain again, first thing in the morning. Everyday rain. Luckily by the time I get ready to go out it stopped, haha, see? Go brush teeth so early for what? Ha. After breakfast we do CIP. 3R1 clean the boys side, 3R3 clean the girls side. Eee, got underwear (and socks) lying around everywhere. Rubbish and wasps. Ew. After that we played game all the way. Whacko! Double whacko! Yong Jie stood behind me and we stayed like that for the whole game. Hardly anyone call me but when they did he call another one quickly. So I'm safe. Once, someone said Shi Yun and he called someone else then 'eh?' Then I told him about the Shi Yun and Shi Ying. Once Andrew go call me Rebecca then Francoise the whacker come in front of me but never whack as if waiting for a name then Yong Jie go "Rebecca?" then I think he "whack" me. 3R1 was like "Shi Ying la..." We also play the game, stand in a circle then squat and sit on each other's lap and do class cheer. Not painful one. We had telematch with charade and broken telephone. Our message got distorted. Then play whack (single) again. The student leader called Rebecca, (how does he even know the name) then again they're like "Shi Ying...!" Then lunch and go home! :D Some class reached at 5+ we reach at 6+ -.- In the end, there's no band today so no difference. Haiya I wanted to go band!

Came back from camp on Friday. Practice was cancelled because of OLE. Anyway we reached school at 6+ so it makes no difference. Saturday still had band, and marching. Ah... leg pain. Everywhere pain. I realised the red on my ears are sunburns. Ooh first time... Then go up to the band room. I gave my section the sweets that I took for them at camp. I took extra specially for them eh, but ONLY Benjamin said "thank you" -.- You're welcome :) DC act like I owe him like that la -.- Actually they both don't want (Kevin 就不客气了 haha) then I say "I take for you one eh" then DC say "Oh ok lor" -.-"' Suky came again! :D I didn't even notice when she entered :O Wah whole day combined practice.

Mr Yeo and Yu did Symphonium and Procession to Peace. We haven't done that for a long time. Mr Yeo took the instruments to repair. He drove them in his car. Ah, the trombone is on the high cupboard then he ask me to take it instead of Kevin. Yay, my baby is going to be repaired! *^-^* Eee, what's wrong with me today? I play so lousily! :( :( :( ...

Mdm Yanti came and told us about what we're going to do this year. Wah, we have a lot of activities this year. At the end of the year, we might be going to Hong Kong! :D :D If we do well in the competitions, which is like... no, forget it then. Mr Yu said our 2 competitions is 3 months away. NBC and SIBC which is an international competition that's held in Singapore this year. After band we wrote on the farewell card for Ms Sharon Ong. I saw that Kevin sign off with "T.W" so I added a "SG" below my name :D

Band practice today! I joined in marching despite my knee injury, so obviously it wasn't as good as usual. A bit painful. I noticed that Kevin marches very... hard, haha. He looks like he's stamping his feet :D It was around 9am we went upstairs and warm up. Actually, it's not really warm up, it's blending the sounds. No warm up today, but can consider that as warm up. Wah, play semiquavers Bb, A for 2 counts per bar then the other 2 counts hold Bb. Whoo...

At 9.20am we went out for sectionals. Kevin stayed inside and oil his slide. Suky came shortly and stayed for the whole practice, yay! She's very hyper, never seen anything like it... :O She talk half way can suddenly "HAHAHA!" and throw her hands in the air, haha! I see her I also want to laugh :D Add some fun to sectionals :) We practised Symphonium. Kevin mainly play his solo. (Did he even play anything else? I don't remember hearing any other part...) I played my 2nd trombone, first page only. When Suky teaching my juniors I also go listen, heheh, they don't know how to give 1 bar of nothing like " 1 2 3 4" -.- They stunned, haha. Her teaching style different from my seniors and mine eh... Of course, my style is acquired from MY seniors :) She doesn't clap tempo, and she doesn't tell you where to start playing. So you're free to practise what you want, she listens and corrects. Of course my juniors are totally clueless so I have to "Play from beginning, 1 2 3 4!" for them la... I'm also not used to this actually. No one's taught me since around April last year, even if my senior suddenly goes "Play here, 1 2 3 4!" I will also not be clueless, but hers is like, huh??? Not used to it, haha.

Kevin's using the trombone Suky used :O She remembers it by the damage not the number : After a while, we went in for combined practice. Suky sat between Benjamin and the tubas. Kevin could play the high high G during sectionals but now he's tired already so he can't pitch. He's quite unhappy, I can understand the feeling. After all, I've been through it... Poor thing... So I kept on going "Jia you! Jia you!" for him, haha, hoping it at least makes him feel slightly better. Hope it doesn't 反效果 and make him feel worse :s I can tell he's practising very hard already! That Mr Yeo everyday only know how to insult people. Just because my senior is tired and mispitch the HIGH HIGH G, he said if he cannot play, will give it to other people to play, as if he slack and damn lousy. BUT HE IS VERY HARDWORKING OK!!! HE PRACTISE SO HARD STILL GET SCOLDED FOR WHAT?! For secondary school level he is very good already! AND THEN HE IS ALREADY SO UNHAPPY AND HE GO ADD TO IT BY INSULTING HIM AND TELLING HIM TO PRACTISE SOME MORE. OPEN YOUR EYES AND SEE, IS HE NOT PRACTISING ENOUGH?! He didn't even see Kevin when he was practising and playing the G la! Still wanna talk like he was born a professional tubists can play solo in high school. -.- -.- -.- Damn pissed off, and damn heart pain for Kevin too :( GO KEVIN!!!!! Lots of love :)

I'm so happy! :D You reply at 3.50pm -.- Haha! You are so great man! You know because of you, I now believe that it's possible for average students to excel in O Levels :) In other words... you proved that there is hope for me! :D Band is proud of you, esp Junior of course! ^_^ Lots of love from Junior!

Yesterday's Sec 1 Orientation was fun! I missed first Bio SPA but that's fine because first SPAs are always just talks. I was excused from 1pm onwards because I am soloist :D After eating at canteen with Jaslyn and Xuan Lin, I did my A Maths. But don't know how to do, just nice Xue Qi came :) I was doing a question but decided to stop there since from there I know how to continue, so we went upstairs to band room before 2pm. Benjamin sat behind us when I finished. When 3 of us were buying food, I saw one of my classmates walking around the canteen. Then expecting her not to know I ask XL if she knows him. To my surprise, yes, Ngee Ann Pri guy. I thought he was Francoise but she said his name's Andre, and he's local, cos I thought foreigner. Ha.

We went upstairs and the conductors came together. Aiya, Mr Yeo Trombone + Trumpet stand :( At 2pm already got some Sec 1s come, then we practised in front of them. Haha no warm ups. Better for me in a sense, so I won't be tired. But we did perform for them too, but one group didn't hear us play. Mr Yeo got powerpoint slide presentation. We play the solos, then Tequila, then the slide show, then Mamma Mia just Dancing Queen. Kevin came before 3 but cannot come in -.- We took turns to solo. There's once me and Jas returned from toilet alr got some Sec 1s. Since we ran back, I very tired, so Kevin play the solo. After which I scream damn high pitched :D Fun fun! :D Was in very high spirits, see. But tired after that. Today I got voice block eh, I woke up and my voice cannot go down. But later in the day it went back. Wah heng ah, if not I'll sound like girly girl (GG haha!). Bye bye! :)

First day of school today. Camilia (and some of her friends) waited for me at the NAS Cafe. It was so crowded in the hall where we walked. By the time we sang national anthem it was almost 8am already. Why no school song today? Mr Vincent Lee forgot ah? I don't think everyone wore the tie also. There was award giving, principal's speech and welcome and farewell of staff. Then went to class and sat with Camilia right in front. Then it was 9am, until 10am was Form Teacher time. Ask everyone's name. I ask her to call me Shi Ying. Then went to recess. 10.30am bio class. Mdm Ashikin is some weirdo. 11.30am chem class, Mrs Lim started lesson already. 12.30pm Chinese class in 3R1 no need to move class. I thought another class will join us but no, so we have 25 Chinese students but not everyone's Chinese... When Ms/Mdm Sun said she's gonna call a girl randomly, I thought it would be me and it was. She just ask to talk about holiday and stuff. 1.30pm supposed to be assembly but cancelled to FT time again. Got released 15min early! Went for lunch at the canteen and went home.

It's just the first day and all the expectations come out. Mrs Pong said she bumped into the principal and he asked how's 3R1. And said we still must obey rules and the school's expectation of us is high. Of course, everyone's expectations of us is high. Opposite our class is 4R1, woohoo. Classes are not in order, not even the same level (Sec) on the same level (floor).

When I finished lunch, saw Kevin! Then remembered our dismissal same time, 2.30pm, which means I'll be seeing him a lot before band practice and maybe other days too. Then I remembered when we were in lower sec I used to see him in the canteen too. Aww... miss that.

Today was boring. Bye bye!
